I honestly don't even know where to start with this nightmare. My 2014 mustang is my baby. I don't drive it very often as I want to get some stuff done to it, so it's kept in the garage almost 24/7. One day, we went to the store and bought groceries. Well, a gallon of milk was left behind in the back seat and ultimately forgotten. It was a mistake that I'll never forget. The car was left in the garage untouched for atleast 3 weeks. One day, I checked on it and found that it was leaking fluid from the undercarriage. After investigating, I found that the gallon of milk had leaked through the backseat and through the frame. To say I was absolutely DEVASTATED is an understatement. I took out the backseat completely. I then quickly found out that I was way in over my head. I ended up calling around for quotes for someone to help when I came across Joe. He promptly answered my desperate call and calmed me down. He gave me a quote over the phone and set a time frame to contact me. He showed up on time and prepared for the situation. It took hours to clean up the mess and in the end, I made the decision to toss the back seat all together. (I was planning on a rear seat delete kit anyway). He did a full detail of the interior, steam cleaned EVERYTHING and used a deodorizer. Everything came out spotless and no smell. I was absolutely relieved and impressed. He was great to work with, amazing attention to detail, and took his time to get things right. Overall, if I could give more than 5 starts, I absolutely would. I will be coming back for a detail on my other vehicle and recommending him to everyone. He absolutely saved my car. THANK YOU
